The Outlet in Edwardsville, Ill., was going through a bit of an identity crisis. The upscale event venue was the brainchild of the team at Edison’s Entertainment Complex and located next to its family-friendly bowling, laser tag, and arcade center. While The Outlet offered a world-class menu and high-end amenities for weddings, corporate events, and private gatherings, potential party-throwers couldn’t look past its association with an indoor playground. It didn’t help that its online presence was little more than a short page on the Edison’s website.
As new event spaces began opening in the Edwardsville market, The Outlet knew it had to differentiate itself from its competitors. So, when ZH Sites came on board, our copywriters and designers spun that energy into The Outlet’s new website, demonstrating how the unexpected could be the very thing hosts were looking for when planning their big day.
